TorQ-Haus helps you keep track of your car. Reminders, intervals, due dates, mileage estimates, costs and fuel figures are estimates based on what you enter. They are not professional advice.
Follow your vehicle manufacturer's maintenance schedule and a qualified mechanic's advice. You are responsible for your vehicle's maintenance, condition and safety.
The fuel mix calculator gives an estimate. Real blends vary — E85 can be 51–83% ethanol. Only run ethanol blends in a vehicle that is built or tuned for them, test your fuel, and check your vehicle's limits. You are responsible for what goes in the tank.
Runs you log are for your own records. Obey traffic laws, only test performance in safe, legal places such as a closed course, and never use the app while driving.
In version 2.0 everything is stored on your phone. If the phone is lost, reset or replaced, your data can only be recovered from a backup file you saved. Back up regularly — we cannot recover data for you.
Vehicle History reports, spreadsheets and Build Cards are made from the information you entered. Make sure it's accurate before sharing it with a buyer, insurer or anyone else.
Some features hand you to other services — the government VIN database, app stores, email, your browser, sign-in providers and wherever you send a shared file. Their own terms apply there.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available.
To the extent the law allows, TorQ-Haus and its developer are not liable for any damage to vehicles, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses from using the app or relying on its estimates.
Earlier versions included an online account and community features. Until they end on January 30, 2027, the terms that applied to them — accounts, your content, community, marketplace, crews and cruising, and conduct rules — still apply to anyone using them: Terms of Service for TorQ-Haus 1.x.
These terms may be updated; the new version will be posted here and in the app with a new date. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
